Using Online Ordering Coupon setting, you may set coupon to give special deal or discount to the online order site customer. Al utilizar la configuración de Online Ordering Coupon (Cupón de pedidos en línea), puede configurar un cupón para ofrecer una oferta especial o un descuento al cliente del sitio de pedidos en línea.

In order to use the Coupon system, mark the USE COUPON checkbox.

Auto Apply Coupon You may give a coupon to all your online order customer, by using Auto Apply Coupon. Select which coupon you want to auto apply to all the online order.

How to use a Coupon Your customer will be able to input a coupon code at the checkout page. Your custoemr may use only one coupon code per order. Input the code and the coupon will be applied to the order.

How to create a Coupon In order to create a coupon for your online order site, first choose what the coupon will do. There are 4 options

  • Free Item: Applying this coupon will grant your customer a free item of what the coupon offers.
  • Free Delivery: Applying this coupon will waive the delivery fee
  • Discount %: Applying this coupon will give your customer a percentage discount of what the coupon offers.
  • Discount $: Applying this coupon will give your customer a flat dollar amount discount of what the coupon offers.

VALUE: What the coupon's will do.

  • Free Item: Write which free item the coupon will offers
  • Free Delivery: Value is not required, leave it as blank.
  • Discount %: Write the discount percent the coupon will offer, number only.
  • Discount $: Write the flat dollar amount the coupon's discount will offer, number only.

CODE: What the code of the coupon will be. The customers will use this code to apply the coupon to their order.

DESCRIPTION: Description of what the coupon offers. Condition: Depending on the situation, you may want to set up one or more condition when the coupon can be applied.

  • Destination: Limit which destination can this coupon be used. For example if you are setting a free delivery coupon, you may want to limit the coupon to have delivery only as the condition.
  • Min Ticket Subtotal: The coupon will be only applied after the bill's subtotal amount is over this value.
  • Matching Item Name1-3: The coupon will be only applied after certain item from the menu has been ordered.
  • Start Date/End Date: When the coupon can be used, Starting and end date of the coupon.
